  1. All of the content/media shot and delivered to you "The Client" is 100% still owned by Paul Guthikonda Productions. This includes, photos, videos, graphics & audio.

  2. We are only lending you the media for consensual mutual use.

  3. However we can assure you that your images/videos will not be misused and will only be used as portfolio or on stock images sites.

  4. If you wish to have exclusive rights over the content. Please discuss that with us prior to signing the project contract, so that we can prepare a legal document providing exclusive rights to the content we deliver to you. 

  5. Any Duplication/piracy of any parts of this site/images/videos shall be taken legal action against.  

Payment terms

Payment Terms

  1. All of the payments made online and offline are directly linked to Paul Guthikonda/Paul Guthikonda Productions Bank Accounts. We never ask you to send cash or credit money to any other accounts.

  2. Thereby, any transfers made to any other account we are not responsible for those transactions.

  3. Any Advance booking amount paid is NON REFUNDABLE until stated otherwise.

  4. Late Fee of 1%-2% on the Due amount is applicable on all delayed payments after the due date.

  5. Booking confirmation will be only made after the advance booking amount is paid. the Booking amount can vary from 40%-60%

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. Booking Advance Fee is Non Refundable as of 2022. Unless stated we usually do not refund the booking fees under any circumstances unless Cleary stated/promised otherwise.

  2. Studio Sessions can be postponed if needed but the booking amount shall not be refunded in any case.

  3. Therefore a cancellation fee of 100% is applicable on all bookings and services unless clearly stated otherwise to the client by us.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  1. We do not Refund the Booking Fee Under most circumstances.

  2. But if we did promise a refund, the refund will be credited within 15 working days to the same original mode of payment.

  3. We will not under any circumstance refund the amount promised to a different payment mode at any cost.
